The Singular Ensembles are a series of overdubbed improvisations. When the concept was in it’s conception, it was for purely free improvisation with only two recording tracks. As the idea progressed, it worked it’s way into “free jazz”, multiple layers and post-processing. Percussion, Upright Bass, and various other exotic and western instruments create the sounds and textures.
